About Us

Midwest Manga started as a small online company in June of 2020. We slowly grew our inventory month to month until we attended Hall of Heroes in September of 2021. After the overwhelmingly positive experience we had at the convention we knew the future of our store had to be a physical location. In January we got to work remodeling a water damaged office with an exterior door at Flags International and after 4 months of work and another Hall of Heroes appearance we officially opened our doors on April 2nd 2022. (We were originally going to open the first of the month, but did not want our opening to be confused as a joke.)

We try to keep as diverse of a selection of manga as possible from ultra popular series like Attack on Titan, My Hero Academia, and Demon Slayer to more niche titles like Lone Wolf & Cub, Blood on the Tracks, and Hinamatsuri. We also try and keep as much of the full series as possible in stock even of older titles like Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Hunter x Hunter, and more!

We are a small business in a small space so there is still a lot of manga we don’t have yet, but if you’re looking for something specific let me know and I will try my best to add it to our collection.
